Refund policy

Please see our Refund and Exchange Policy below. Customers must comply with the below conditions to receive a refund:

  • All items must be returned within 14 days of the original order receipt.
  • The items must be in new and unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must show no trace of make-up or self-tan marks, smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder.
  • Customers must email a request before returning the goods.
  • Refunds will be made within 7 days of receiving your item, if deemed acceptable for return.
  • All refunds will be made to the original card of purchase.
  • Please note, no refunds are accepted on sale or promotional items unless garments are faulty or not as ordered.
  • Return shipping will be at the customers expense.
  • We do not offer refunds on purchases made with afterpay, however we are happy to offer an exchange or store gift card valid for six months.


    For any damaged or faulty goods, please email within the 14 day period and we will endeavour to promptly respond to your inquiry.




    Our company policy does not support refunds with Afterpay purchases.

    All sales made through Afterpay are final, however we are happy to offer exchanges or a store gift card valid for 6 months.

    Any returns received for afterpay purchases requesting a refund will automatically be issued a store gift card to the value of the item/s (excluding any shipping costs).

    Afterpay is a separate entity, any queries in its regard must be emailed to them directly. 



    1. Contact for an RA number before returning.

    2. Make sure product is unworn and in its original condition with all tagging still attached.

    3. Once an RA is received, please send back item/s to the address below and notify us of tracking.

    5. When we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange/gift card and send you email confirmation within 7 days (if the product is returned in acceptable condition).
